Works with the AI you choose
Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any app that can add a remote MCP server (the open Model Context Protocol). No exports, no copy-pasting spreadsheets.
For iPhone and Apple Health
Health Data Bot turns the Apple Health categories you choose into one private link. Paste it into Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any MCP app, then ask about your sleep, workouts, heart rate and steps.
Let the AI assistant you already use answer questions about your Apple Health data.
Works with AIs that accept a server URL with no sign-in.
Works with the assistants you already talk to
Your assistant stops guessing and starts reading the data your iPhone and Apple Watch already collect. You decide exactly what it can see.
Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any app that can add a remote MCP server (the open Model Context Protocol). No exports, no copy-pasting spreadsheets.
Activity, heart, sleep, workouts and body measurements: only the categories you allow. Change it any time in the Health app.
“How has my sleep changed since I started running?” “What was my resting heart rate last month?” Your assistant answers from your data, not internet averages.
Health Data Bot never writes to, changes or deletes anything in Apple Health.
Daily totals and averages are calculated on your iPhone, then uploaded with your workouts and sleep sessions. Not every raw reading.
Create a new link and the old one stops working immediately. Or delete your account and stored data with one tap.

The short version of what people ask before connecting their health data.
Any assistant that can connect to a remote MCP server using a URL. Today that includes ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok in at least some of their apps or plans. Connector features differ by app, plan and region and change often, so check your assistant’s current settings. See setup steps.
Only the categories you allow, for example steps, activity and energy, heart rate, resting heart rate and heart rate variability, sleep, workouts, and body measurements such as weight. Access is read-only. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes, when you ask it a question that needs your health data. That is the point of the app, and it only happens with assistants you connect yourself. Once your AI provider receives data, its own privacy policy and settings apply, so review them before connecting.
No. Health Data Bot and the AI assistants you use are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI answers can be wrong. Talk to a qualified health professional about any health concern. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
